I’m incredibly passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and completely at home in the gym.
I know that stepping into a gym — especially the weights area — can feel intimidating at first. That’s why I’m here: to guide you, support you, and show you just how capable you really are.

My coaching style is friendly, encouraging, and tailored to you. Whether you're brand new to fitness or looking to build on your strength, I’ll help you understand the "why" behind your training so you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

With a background in professional dance and experience across strength training, mobility, Pilates and Pre-Post Natal, I bring a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to every session.
But above all, my goal is to help you feel amazing — physically and mentally — through movement that supports you at every stage of life!
